Bucolic is beautifully simple and static, yet classy and enigmatic. The softness of the font reminds one of the old countryside, a peaceful landscape that is being looked at by transcending the boundaries of time. It has a rustic feeling, and it stays true to its roots while also being very elegant and open to the sky.
“News Gothic” has been a reliable workhorse of a font since it was created by Morris Fuller Benton and first offered for sale in 1908 by American Type Founders.
A clean, legible design used for text copy, it can also double as a light headline face.
